About the role

As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

This is not a remote role; you will be required to work in the Little Rock, AR area and will be assigned a GEICO Fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).

Pay

Starting Salary: $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually. The above annual salary range is a general guideline ($25.95 - $40.19). Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary offered to the selected candidate, including scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, training, work location, and market/business considerations.
