We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Our Commitment" maybe part of EEO? It's about diversity; could be considered EEO boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove "Our Commitment The Boyd Group welcomes unique talents...". Also remove "AI Disclosure Statement". Also remove "About Us" maybe not boilerplate but could be considered company description; but it's substantive? It says "Gerber Collision & Glass has been WOWing customers with our collision repair services for over 80 years. Please visit gerbercareers.com to learn more about our company." That's somewhat generic but maybe we keep as part of "About the role"? Not sure. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include About the role (maybe from first paragraph). Responsibilities (Key Job Responsibilities). Requirements (Education And/or Experience Required). Skills (Required Skills/Abilities). Benefits (Benefits That Drive Your Success). Pay (Compensation Details). Schedule? Not present. So we omit Schedule.
We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure each section has content.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to format responsibilities as list items. The responsibilities list is a bit messy: many items concatenated without punctuation. We need to split them into separate items. Let's extract each responsibility:
From "Key Job Responsibilities Role and Requirements" then list:
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
- Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
- Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
- Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
- Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
- Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
- Support all team members when required
- Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
- Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
- Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance
- Uphold the company's Core Values : Honesty, Integrity & Respect
We should keep them as list items.
Education And/or Experience Required: list:
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of where to look for answers
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP’s
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver’s License Required
But note duplication with Skills/Abilities which repeats same list. We should combine? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we combine we might lose duplication? But duplication is not substantive new info; it's repeated. We could keep one section for Requirements (Education/Experience) and another for Skills (maybe same). But to avoid thin sections, we could merge them into one "Requirements and Skills" but headings are fixed. We could have Requirements and Skills both present but they'd be identical; that's thin. Better to combine into one section maybe "Requirements" and omit Skills if identical. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; but we can omit duplicate content as it's not adding new info. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading ... do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't explicitly forbid dropping duplicate content, but says preserve ALL substantive information; duplicate is not substantive new info. So we can keep one.
Thus we can have Requirements section covering Education/Experience and Skills combined.
Benefits list: from "Benefits That Drive Your Success Gerber offers the comprehensive benefits you expect from an industry leader, including:" then list:

Note: "Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1" maybe missing number? It says "effective Day 1". We'll keep as is.
Pay: "Compensation Details Estimated $49,000 - $70,000 USD Annually Commissions for this position are calculated based on location and revenue metrics, sales and individual performance, subject to the terms of the plan. In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives"
We'll put that in a

At the Gerber Collision & Glass, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. We should remove "Apply today." as application instruction? It says remove application instructions. So drop "Apply today." Also maybe remove "Company: Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU." The "Company:" prefix maybe not needed. We'll keep the substantive description.
Thus About the role paragraph: "Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU.
