About the Role

Launch your auto claims career with a Fortune 100 company. No claims experience needed—paid training and licensing are included. This is a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, Indiana (must reside within 50 miles of our office), with a minimum of 2 days per month in the office and additional in-person training required during the first 6 months.

We are looking for positive, high-energy, passionate customer service professionals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. As a licensed claims adjuster, you will fulfill the promise we made to our customers by working with those who have been in an auto accident and need our help. You will guide our insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces. Strong organizational skills, time management expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an empathetic service professional: When a claim is received, skillfully pick up the phone and use customer centricity and problem-solving skills to confidently assure customers that you are there to guide them through the process.
  • Act as a front lines liaison: Rise to the role of representing the Liberty brand and deliver on our promise.
  • Be a reliable teammate: Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customers, whether working at the office or from home.
  • Be a customer-centric claims representative: Sincerely care that customers get exactly what they paid for and need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.

Qualifications

  • Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
  • Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
  • General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
  • College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
