Pay
- Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed required minimum wage applicable to job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
