Pay
- Hourly wage: $21 – $34 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds applicable local minimum wage)
- Additional compensation may include:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
- Multiple premiums may apply when applicable criteria are met
