We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Job Description (maybe as description), Responsibilities, Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, etc.), maybe Pay (Compensation Details). Must follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. AI Disclosure Statement At The Boyd Group and all affiliated companies, we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess, or select applicants for employment. All hiring decisions are made by real people who review each application individually. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, AI Disclosure, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (like "Apply today." maybe keep? It's not a section; but we can keep in prose? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop "Apply today." and maybe other similar. We need to preserve substantive info: company description, benefits, job description, responsibilities, minimum education/experience, required knowledge/skills/abilities, preferred education/experience, other requirements (lift, toolbox, driver's license), compensation details (hourly $25-$33 per hour, flat rate commensurate with skill etc). Also mention benefits: Competitive Pay, Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision effective after 1 month, RRSP with company match, Annual Paid Vacation Time Off, Career Growth Opportunities, Ongoing Training, Professional Atmosphere, Great Working Conditions with Dynamic Leadership, Voluntary Daily Pay option available. We need to decide sections: Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education/Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Preferred, Other Requirements), Pay (Compensation Details). Possibly also a short intro paragraph about company (maybe as a

without heading). The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay. Possibly also a brief overview paragraph before sections (no heading). That is okay. We must not create sections with filler text. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; but we can ignore. We must not put Job ID etc. We must use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to extract lists: Benefits list: Competitive Pay, Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision (effective after 1 month), RRSP with company match, Annual Paid Vacation Time Off, Career Growth Opportunities, Ongoing Training, Professional Atmosphere, Great Working Conditions with Dynamic Leadership, Voluntary Daily Pay option available. We could format each as

    • . Responsibilities list: Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, Repair damage to vehicle body panels, Vehicle disassembly and reassembly, Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories, Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle, Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle, Use of frame equipment, Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS), Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance. We can list each as
    • . Requirements: Could break into sublists? But we can combine into one list maybe with items: High School Diploma or equivalent, Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program, Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience, Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding), Red Seal preferred, I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification), Able to lift up to 50 lbs, Own toolbox, Valid driver's license required. We could also separate Education/Experience vs Skills vs Other but we can keep one list. Pay: Compensation Details: Hourly $25 - $33 per hour, Flat Rate Compensation Is Commensurate With Skill, Education And Experience. We should not include "commensurate with experience" as filler? Actually it's part of compensation details; it's substantive. It's okay. We need to avoid duplication: The benefits list already includes Competitive Pay; but compensation details also mention hourly range. That's fine. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, AI Disclosure, etc. Also remove sentences like "Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing..." maybe we can keep? It's a disclaimer about duties may change; it's somewhat boilerplate but maybe considered substantive? It's a generic statement; but instruction says remove duplicated lines and application instructions; not explicitly to remove disclaimer. However it's generic; but we could keep as prose? It's not a list; but it's not essential. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. I'd consider removing it as it's not specific to role. Safer to remove. Also remove "Your Success is Our Priority ..." paragraph that repeats benefits; but we already have benefits section; we could keep that paragraph as prose under benefits? It repeats benefits; but we can keep as prose maybe under Benefits section? However we already have benefits list; we could keep a short paragraph summarizing benefits but not duplicate. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info; but we can incorporate it into benefits section as prose or list. Since we already have list, we could keep the paragraph as prose under Benefits section (maybe after list). But that would duplicate some info; but it's still substantive. However we might avoid duplication by not repeating same points; but we can keep the paragraph as is, it's okay if some overlap. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" only if it's placeholder; but it's actual statement. Now produce HTML. Structure:
