Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, flawless repair jobs that dazzle.

Requirements

• Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to interact with customers and build accounts.
• Manual dexterity to perform repetitive‑motion tasks with precision.
• Self‑motivation and independence.
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Pay

• Commission‑based uncapped earning potential.
• First‑year earning potential: $50,000‑$75,000.
• Long‑term earning potential: $70,000‑$110,000+.
• Starting compensation expected to be $50,000‑$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
