Auto Body Technician- Collision Repairs

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and dent repair
• Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Use hand and power tools, including welding & frame equipment, to complete repairs
• Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment at all times
• Communicate with staff regarding repair plans and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in daily maintenance activities
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and participate in training and development programs as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician
• Solid knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Able to read and interpret repair manuals and specifications
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards is a plus

Benefits

This is a full-time, commission-only position with a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $150,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis. In addition to your base pay, additional incentives may be available based on performance.
