Auto Body Technician

W & W Collision Center in Demorest, GA is seeking a full-time Auto Body Technician to join our team on a highly sought-after 4-day work week.

Pay

$25–$35 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and the quality and consistency of your work.

Our company began in 1973 as W & W Body Shop, founded by two brothers who were car enthusiasts. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3+ years of automotive or auto body repair experience
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and lift 70+ lbs
• Willingness to complete ongoing training, including I-CAR
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays off every week.

Responsibilities

• Repair metal and structural damage
• Replace panels and straighten frames
• Weld with precision
• Restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Inspect work carefully
• Communicate with teammates to keep repairs moving smoothly
• Support efficient shop flow as needed
