Auto Body Technician

About the Role

This position involves performing full collision repairs, including fender repairs, frame straightening, and structural work, ensuring precise and high-quality restorations. The technician will collaborate with team members, follow blueprints, and execute repairs to factory specifications, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and perform collision repairs, including panel, frame, and structural work
• Ensure proper reassembly with attention to fit, finish, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members such as painters, estimators, and front office staff

Requirements

• At least two years of collision repair experience
• Knowledge of frame pulling, straightening, and structural repairs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding tasks
• Team-oriented attitude and eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions
