About the role

The Experienced Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to safe, functional, and high-quality condition.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting vehicle damage
  • Removing and replacing damaged body components
  • Repairing dents, straightening frames, performing bodywork, and preparing vehicles for painting
  • Using a variety of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair equipment while following manufacturer specifications and established safety procedures
  • Measuring and aligning vehicle structures
  • Properly installing replacement parts
  • Ensuring completed repairs meet quality standards
  • Maintaining an organized and safe work area
  • Properly caring for tools and equipment
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers as needed

Qualifications

  • Several years of auto body repair experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently while meeting production schedules

Pay & Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
  • Salaries Starting: $18 - $30 per hour
