Responsibilities

• Schedule: This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll be working at our new facility in Flagstaff, AZ, surrounded by the latest equipment in a clean and professional environment.
• Perform body and frame repairs, ranging from minor touch-ups to major collision restorations using advanced diagnostic tools to ensure every auto repair meets our high standards.
• Navigate a busy shop that's always buzzing with activity, working on well-documented estimates.
• Work closely with automaker certifications and dealer relationships to handle a constant stream of vehicles, providing diverse, steady, and rewarding challenges every day.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an auto body technician
• Expertise at an A tech level
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong diagnostic skills

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include experience with various automaker certifications and dealer relationships.

Benefits

• $2500.00 sign-on bonus paid in two installments: $2500.00 upfront and $2500.00 after 6 months of employment.

Pay

A competitive pay range of $28-$32 per flat-rate hour.

Schedule

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
