Located in Escondido, CA, our facility is custom-built with state-of-the-art technology and tools to support top-tier collision repairs. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced, quality-focused Auto Body Technicians to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality auto body repairs in accordance with OEM standards
• Straighten and repair metal panels using proper techniques and tools
• Utilize frame machines and computerized measuring systems
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and repair procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of collision repair experience
• I-CAR Gold Class And/or ASE Certifications Preferred (not Required)
• Proficient in the use of frame and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own tools and valid driver's license
