Basil Family Dealerships is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $130,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic damage
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle systems, repair methods, tools, and equipment
- Work independently while collaborating with a professional, experienced team
- Ensure efficiency while delivering exceptional work quality
- Assist with mentoring and guiding apprentices or junior technicians
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- A-Level collision repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Drivers License Required
