Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform paint touch-ups and surface repairs using advanced spray equipment
- Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to high standards
- Deliver fast, flawless results exceeding customer expectations
- Work independently at partner sites such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork
- Keen attention to detail and color matching skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
