Auto Body Paint Technician - $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

As a commission-based, 100% travel-focused Paint Technician, you'll have the opportunity to earn unlimited, uncapped earnings.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
- Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
- Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
- Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Pay
The starting compensation is expected to be $50,000-$150,000/year. The actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Schedule
This is a 100% commission-based position with travel to various locations. The schedule is flexible and depends on customer demand.
