Auto Body Manager

Levander's Body Shop is seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Body Shop Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our new facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. We are a well-established auto body repair facility known for delivering high-quality automotive repair services.

About the role

Training for this full-time position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Levander’s carries throughout its Multi Shop Organization (MSO). CCC Intelligent Solutions experience is preferred but not required. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, training, and equipment obligations
• Effectively communicate goals and the steps to meet them
• Maintain a swift and accurate production schedule
• Guide teams through technical and personnel problems
• Effectively manage multiple projects independently
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and P&L margins are adequate
• Foster company culture

Requirements

• Practical body shop experience with an understanding in estimation, repair, and refinish techniques
• Leadership experience, preferably in the collision repair industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Pay

$75,000+ (negotiable, depends on experience)
