Auto Body Collision Technician

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requested vehicle repairs for accuracy.
  • Inspect and perform repairs according to the dealership’s requirements for top quality.
  • Uphold a working knowledge of the industry’s best practices in auto body repair field.
  • Conduct all necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed paperwork and record keeping of all claims.
  • Sustain a clean work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
  • Keep up to date on required HAZCOM training certifications.
  • Add additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A current and valid driver’s license with a clear driving record is required.
  • I-Car/ASE certification is a plus, but not required.
  • 3-5 years auto body shop experience a plus.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Qualified applicants will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and are detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
