Responsibilities
- Analyze requested vehicle repairs for accuracy.
- Inspect and perform repairs according to the dealership’s requirements for top quality.
- Uphold a working knowledge of the industry’s best practices in auto body repair field.
- Conduct all necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed paperwork and record keeping of all claims.
- Sustain a clean work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Keep up to date on required HAZCOM training certifications.
- Add additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A current and valid driver’s license with a clear driving record is required.
- I-Car/ASE certification is a plus, but not required.
- 3-5 years auto body shop experience a plus.
- Must have own tools.
- Qualified applicants will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and are detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
