Auto Accessory Installers - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

  • Perform all work safely
  • Communicate any safety or quality concerns
  • Drive manual and standard transmission motor vehicles, at all times, in accordance with company and customer instructions/procedures
  • Inspect all customer vehicles for damage before beginning work
  • Confirm all parts, accessory codes and numbers before beginning work
  • Inspect parts before installing
  • Follow all written work processes
  • Post installation inspection
  • Sign off on Quality accountability documentation for every install.
  • Accountability for hand tools, torque wrenches and light power tools
  • Keeping work areas clear of waste and debris

Requirements

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Automotive lift experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Experience with vehicle identification numbers and other shipping documents
  • Ability to hear and communicate, work or safety instructions spoken in a normal voice
  • Visual acuity and normal depth perception in both eyes
  • Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment

Skills, Licenses, Certification, And/or Special Training

  • Maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment
