Responsibilities
- Perform all work safely
- Communicate any safety or quality concerns
- Drive manual and standard transmission motor vehicles, at all times, in accordance with company and customer instructions/procedures
- Inspect all customer vehicles for damage before beginning work
- Confirm all parts, accessory codes and numbers before beginning work
- Inspect parts before installing
- Follow all written work processes
- Post installation inspection
- Sign off on Quality accountability documentation for every install.
- Accountability for hand tools, torque wrenches and light power tools
- Keeping work areas clear of waste and debris
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Automotive lift experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience with vehicle identification numbers and other shipping documents
- Ability to hear and communicate, work or safety instructions spoken in a normal voice
- Visual acuity and normal depth perception in both eyes
- Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
Skills, Licenses, Certification, And/or Special Training
- Maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment
