About the role

This position will focus on learning and supporting the responsibilities of our Sales team, with the goal of growing into a more comprehensive sales role.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service
  • Assist customers with sales of: Truck and Auto Accessories, Spray Bedliners, Remote Car Starters
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Follow up on leads and quotes generated by vendors, website platforms, emails, and text messages
  • Notify customers when their job is complete or parts have arrived
  • Provide exceptional service for truck topper orders and snow plow parts inquiries
• Inventory and Showroom Management
  • Restock showroom products by utilizing low inventory reports and communicating with suppliers
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed
  • Understand and analyze inventory reports to manage stock levels efficiently
• Janitorial and Maintenance Duties
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping floors, vacuuming the front impression mat, and maintaining the showroom and waiting room
• General Duties and Communication
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members using tools like phone, email, chat, text, and walkie-talkies
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs as needed
  • Exhibit a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all customer and team interactions

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively
• Basic understanding of inventory reports and restocking processes
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
