Pay

$18 – $20 per hour based on experience. RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities

• Create a therapeutic environment that promotes skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver evidence-based therapy
• Review and consistently implement behavior plans and instructional materials
• Monitor and document outcomes through daily progress notes
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate both small and large milestones with kids and families

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
