Autism Support Caregiver

About the role

At Fundamentals LLC, we don’t just provide support, we help transform lives. This position is for Autism Support Caregivers who work directly with children and youth to build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based strategies.
• Turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and learning.
• Support youth in reducing challenging behaviors and building positive alternatives.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
• Document progress and contribute to treatment planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Schedule

• Afterschool Program: Monday‑Friday, 1 PM – 8 PM during the school year.
• Summer hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Rotational Saturdays (9 AM – 4 PM) required year‑round for Afterschool staff.
