We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content from posting. Let's parse: - About the role: maybe the paragraph describing role: "Discover a rewarding career...". Also "The Trellis School is a K-12 non-public school...". Could be about the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "Develop and execute naturalistic lesson plans...", "Demonstrate the use of evidence based...", "Implement learners’ individualized behavior...", "Accurately complete daily data tracking...", "Implement feedback...", "Demonstrate positive work ethic...", "Create and prepare instructional materials...", "Participate in internal team meetings...", "Support general school procedures...", "Other duties as assigned". Also maybe "Trellis requires staff to put forth effort..." etc. - Requirements: "High School Diploma required. Associate's/Bachelor’s degree preferred." Also "Must attend all mandatory trainings. Must be able to speak and read English." Also "The ability to read and interpret documents..." etc. Also "Must be able to speak effectively with special needs children..." etc. Also "Physical requirements..." etc. Might be many. - Qualifications: maybe degrees and pay scale? Actually pay scale is separate. - Skills: list of competencies: Adaptability and Flexibility, Dependability, Planning/organizing, Proficiency with Technology, Self Directed, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Quality control, Safety and security. - Benefits: "Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO)", "Tuition Reimbursement Program", "Paid Training". Also maybe "12 month program". Also "FULL-TIME POSITIONS! Schedule Monday-Friday 745am - 345pm". That's schedule. - Pay: "Starting Pay Scale Additional Support Instructor $21.00/hr High School Diploma $21.50/hr Associate's Degree/Undergraduate Degree $22.00/hr Masters Degree $23.00/hr". So we can list. - Schedule: "Schedule Monday-Friday 745am - 345pm". Also maybe "FULL-TIME POSITIONS!". We need to avoid boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "entry-level Autism Instructors". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We need to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we can combine some sections if appropriate? But we must follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include only those with content. Let's decide content: About the role: maybe a paragraph describing the role and school. Use prose. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe education and language requirements. Qualifications: maybe degree preferences? But we already have education in requirements. Could combine? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. If we have overlapping, we could still separate but ensure not thin. Qualifications could be the list of competencies (Adaptability, etc.) but those are skills. Actually those are skills/competencies. So Skills heading for those. Qualifications could be education and experience? But we have requirements for education. Might be better to put education under Requirements, and Qualifications could be something else like "Must attend all mandatory trainings. Must be able to speak and read English." But that's also requirement. Maybe we can treat Requirements as education and language, Qualifications as the competencies list, Skills as technical proficiency? Hmm. Let's map: - About the role: description of role and school. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: education (HS diploma required, Associate/Bachelor preferred), language (speak/read English), ability to read/interpret documents, write reports, speak effectively with special needs children, interpersonal communication. - Qualifications: maybe the list of personal attributes: Adaptability and Flexibility, Dependability, Planning/organizing, Proficiency with Technology, Self Directed, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Quality control, Safety and security. These are more like competencies/qualifications. - Skills: maybe technical skills: Proficiency with Trellis specific web-based data collection systems and Microsoft Word programs (including word, excel, power point). Also maybe "Ability to use technology". But we already have proficiency with technology in qualifications. Could separate. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Qualifications and Skills into one? But headings are prescribed; we can still include both if they have content. Let's see content: From posting: "Adaptability and Flexibility—the individual effectively adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. Planning/organizing—the individual is detail oriented, prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently. Proficiency with Technology- Knowledge of Trellis specific web-based data collection systems and Microsoft Word programs (including word, excel, power point) Self Directed- Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative in taking the first steps or act without being urged to complete responsibilities Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully Multi-tasking - the individual is able to work on multiple projects at one time. Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. Safety and security—the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly." These are clearly qualifications/skills. Then later: "Must attend all mandatory trainings. Must be able to speak and read English. The ability to read and interpret documents related to Maryland State Curriculum, accounting, policy and procedures manual(s), safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. The ability to write routine reports, letters and emails as well as general correspondence. Have the ability to speak effectively with special needs children and in describing general work needs and to speak effectively in interpersonal situations." These are also requirements/skills. Physical requirements: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, learning tools or toys; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus." Also: "Trellis requires staff to put forth effort to engage learners in goal directed activities throughout the day. This includes, creating teaching activities, utilizing effective teaching procedures that maintain a positive learning environment, and competing with maladaptive behaviors." Also: "Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run." These are physical requirements; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections. Let's propose: - About the role: paragraph(s) describing role and school. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list starting with "Develop and execute naturalistic lesson plans..."). - Requirements: education, language, ability to read/interpret documents, write reports, speak effectively, interpersonal communication, physical requirements (maybe). Could be a mix. - Qualifications: the list of personal attributes (Adaptability, Dependability, Planning/organizing, Proficiency with Technology, Self Directed, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Quality control, Safety and security). This seems like qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could treat "Proficiency with Technology" as skill, but it's already in qualifications. Could instead put "Proficiency with Trellis specific web-based data collection systems and Microsoft Word programs" as Skills. But we already have that in qualifications list. Might be redundant. Better: Qualifications = education and experience? But we already have education in Requirements. Hmm. Alternative: Use Requirements for education and language; Qualifications for the personal attributes; Skills for technical proficiency (Trellis specific systems, MS Office). Benefits, Pay, Schedule as separate. Let's extract: Benefits: "Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO)", "Tuition Reimbursement Program", "Paid Training". Also "12 month program" maybe part of benefits? It's a program length. Pay: "Starting Pay Scale Additional Support Instructor $21.00/hr High School Diploma $21.50/hr Associate's Degree/Undergraduate Degree $22.00/hr Masters Degree $23.00/hr". Also maybe "Hourly paid 12 month program". That's pay. Schedule: "Schedule Monday-Friday 745am - 345pm". Also "FULL-TIME POSITIONS!" maybe. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll have sections:
