Responsibilities
- Work directly with a variety of students (behavior, learning, activities of daily living, communication, community-based instruction, vocation development)
- Implement programming and behavior plans under supervised support to include data collection
- Create teaching and classroom materials
- Implement the Marcus Crisis Prevention Procedures model to support students with unwanted behaviors
- Auxiliary in classroom daily activities and lessons to help students develop skills and independence
Requirements
- Ability to assist in lifts and/or physically manage students of varying sizes and weight
- BCI & FBI background check
- Reliable transportation
- Desire to change lives

- Participate in physical interventions, when necessary, using certified safety techniques (training provided)
