Autauga Baptist Associational Mission Strategist (Director of Missions)

The Autauga Baptist Association is seeking a God-called, visionary leader to serve as their next Associational Mission Strategist (Director of Missions).

About the role

This full-time position provides spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership to approximately thirty-one Southern Baptist churches and one Hispanic mission in Autauga County.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership to churches and missions in Autauga County.
• Develop and implement strategies for associational ministry.
• Collaborate with church leaders to enhance mission effectiveness.
• Support and encourage local church growth and development.

Requirements

• A strong background in Christian theology and missiology.
• Experience leading and mentoring church leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse setting.
• Knowledge of Southern Baptist beliefs and practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in church leadership or mission work.
• Experience working with Hispanic communities.
