Austin – Issues & Appeals Associate

About the role

Hunton’s Litigation team seeks an attorney with two to four years (class of 2024 – class of 2022) of experience to join their Issues and Appeals practice group. This full-time, partnership-track associate position will provide overall support to this growing practice and can be based in the Washington, DC, Richmond, Austin, or Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support to the Issues and Appeals practice group.

Requirements

• Two to four years of legal experience (class of 2024 – class of 2022).
• Licensure in the jurisdiction to which the candidate is applying (required within one year of joining the firm).

Qualifications

• Strong academic record.
• Appellate judicial clerkship strongly preferred.

Skills

• Appellate experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
