About the role

We seek you for a natural science training as a chemist (x|w|m) at the location Göttingen. You will learn about various chemical production processes and set up, monitor, and maintain production facilities. Additionally, you will support our research & development.

Responsibilities

• Engage in different departments based on a structured training plan, learning about workflows and processes.
• Perform defined tasks and responsibilities in the production of chemical products from organic and inorganic raw materials.
• Operate and oversee chemical production processes, perform maintenance and repair work on production facilities.
• Collect samples during production to verify product quality.

Requirements

• Great interest in chemical and technical issues.
• Good knowledge in chemistry and mathematics.
• A high level of responsibility.
• Team spirit, precision, and attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn.
• Good German language skills, and basic English skills.
• The willingness to work in a shift system after the training period.

Qualifications

• Passionate about chemistry and technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in laboratory work is advantageous.

• Competitive salary: 1,264 €/month in the first year, 1,334 €/month in the second year, 1,439 €/month in the third year, 1,509 €/month in the fourth year, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses (as of July 2026).
