About the role

We are looking for young people with their own heads. You have successfully completed your school years or are shortly before achieving this goal and would like to start an exciting training program. We are seeking an apprentice as a Process Mechanic in the Transport Concrete Department (m/f/d) at Dyckerhoff GmbH & Co. KG, Niederlassung Weser-Ems, Wilhelmshaven, starting on September 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervision of production processes
• Maintenance and operation of conveyors, scales, and measuring equipment
• Production of transport concrete
• Implementation of measures for quality assurance
• Maintenance of machines and equipment
• Safety at work and environmental protection

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent
• Technical understanding
• Hand skills
• Commitment and reliability
• Attention to detail and independence

Qualifications
