About the Role

In our training program to become an IT System Electronics Technician, you ensure that technology works on site.

Training Content

• You install internet, telephone, and IT systems
• You set up devices and networks
• You identify and fix errors
• You work directly with customers on site

Possible Fields of Deployment

During your training, you can be deployed in various areas, e.g.:

• Technical Service (recording customer concerns and advising on products)
• Field Service (installation and troubleshooting of connections and terminal equipment for private and business customers)
• Telekom Technology (e.g. construction and maintenance of copper, fiber optic, and 5G networks)

Your Profile

• Secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate, Abitur, or a comparable qualification
• Interest in innovations, technology, and the telecommunications industry
• Enjoyment of practical activities and manual skills
• Interest in mathematical-technical tasks
