About the role
Industriekaufleute (Industrial Management Assistants) handle commercial and business administration tasks during their training, including materials management, sales, and finance/accounting. You will determine product requirements, process orders, communicate and negotiate with suppliers, handle customer inquiries and orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service. You will also manage payment transactions, dunning processes, maintain inventory and profit accounts, and monitor costs.

Start of training: September (internship or trial day welcome beforehand)
Duration: 3 years
Required education: Intermediate school-leaving certificate (M-Zug or Realschule) or (technical) university entrance qualification
Training location: Grafenau, with vocational school in Deggendorf
