Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 28 years old
• Must have completed at least 12 years of basic education (A Level, WASSCE, or equivalent from a reputable institution)
• Diploma/certificates from health, teaching, or engineering programs
• Must have B1 German proficiency or better
• Must be financially capable of funding relocation for training in Germany
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fast learner with excellent adaptation skills
