Project - Planogram Team Member
24–37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Key role in executing store layouts, merchandising plans, product transitions, and visual presentations to support the remodel effort.
Opportunity to transition into long-term employment in available positions across the store, including Service and other departments with staffing needs.
General Merchandise Clerk
Build rapport with customers.
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Help customers with any questions they may have.
Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
Execute planograms and merchandising layouts as assigned.
Clean and prepare fixtures, shelving, and displays to company standards.
Install all signage, displays, wayfinders, pricing, and promotional materials.
Stock and fill merchandise according to new planogram layouts.
Relocate merchandise to new home locations during resets.
Build and maintain displays, skid drops, corrugates, and fast-track signage.
Ensure backroom fixture organization and maintenance standards are met.
Work collaboratively with team leaders and store leadership to deliver project goals safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Skills Required
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.

About the Role
We are searching for a new member of the Meijer family to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk who is able to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising. You will also collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
