About the role

We provide three types of CPA-certified financial statements to help business owners meet accountability requirements for creditors, private investors, and shareholders.

Services

• Compilations

  The first level of service. No verification of accuracy is performed; financial statements are produced for management and third-party use.

• Reviews

  More involved than a compilation but not as comprehensive as an audit. Provides “limited assurance” through interviews with key personnel about accounting policies, industry, operations, and financial statements. A review report is issued.

• Audits

  The highest level of service. We work closely with key personnel to understand internal control systems (“checks and balances”). Verification and substantiation procedures are performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).

How to choose

The right service depends on the level of assurance or financial accuracy you need. A compilation may suffice for one year, while a review or audit could provide better insights for future growth in subsequent years.
