Auditor Food Service

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and complete nightly tasks including posting room revenues, performing food and beverage audits, reconciling revenues and cash for daily operations, balance all cashier activities, and prepare and distribute daily and summary reports.
• Auditors have additional duties such as organizing and facilitating staff onboarding, training staff on key FB programs and culinary practices, monitoring and investigating suspicious activities, producing daily back-of-the-house Gate Central and Micros reporting, addressing guest concerns, counseling associates on proper policies, generating weekly inventory reports, and conducting weekly audits.
• Office Assistants handle associate calls and work orders, paperwork and filing, work performance tracking, calling vendors, placing work orders, and managing benefits.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Additional Education in Accounting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment to resolve operational issues.
• Mathematical aptitude, including computer literacy, 10 key by touch, and PC spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
