Auditor/Biller

About the role
The Auditor/Biller ensures the right product reaches the right customer on time and damage-free by processing outgoing package shipments, including Parcel and Palletized Carriers, using SAP and related software. You will oversee durable medical goods such as canes, wheelchairs, in-home hospital beds, and respiratory products—critical items that enhance customers' lives. This role contributes to best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner.
- Print packing lists and labels and apply them as required.
- Verify orders are complete prior to release for shipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems, including RF Scanners.
- Experience processing/billing for Parcel and Palletized Carriers.
Skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical Demands
- Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment, which may involve temperature changes and exposure to dust.

Pay
Starting pay is $23.25 per hour. The salary range for this role is $20.93 to $23.25 per hour, with actual salaries varying based on experience, specialization, education, and company requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
