Auditor- 2nd Shift

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $24.00/hr
• Shift Differential: .75
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 1PM - 9PM

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to perform routine business support and audit-related tasks under general supervision.
• Conduct audits and quality checks for new hires, training activities, store orders, chase operations, and stocking functions.
• Complete audit reports to communicate findings, identify issues, and document areas of concern.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Prepare and share audit reports with distribution center leadership to support operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance efforts.
• Build effective working relationships with team members to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and prevent service delays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to identify and address operational concerns.
• Experience with auditing, quality assurance, warehouse operations, or related functions preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift 20 to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Constant walking, standing, lifting, pulling, and stair climbing.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
