Fred Astaire Dance Studios® enriches lives—physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially—through the positive, transforming power of dance. As the leader in ballroom dance instruction across the country and around the world, we operate a franchise network of 180 studios serving over 25,000 students. Our studios foster an atmosphere of kindness, warmth, and care, creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and fun "FADS community." We offer group and private lessons, choreograph wedding dances, host local parties, and organize an average of 35 national, inter-regional, and regional dance competitions annually, providing opportunities to perform and compete in beautiful venues.

About the Role

We are looking for a performer eager to learn the art of ballroom dance and build a career performing across the country while teaching beginners in Michigan. This is an opportunity to step into the spotlight and earn a generous income doing what you love. No previous ballroom experience is required, though dance experience is helpful. A charismatic, "people person" is preferred.
