Audit Solutions Multilevel Role

Two positions available: Sr Audit Solutions Analyst (individual contributor) and Audit Solutions Advisor (lead/mentor role). Both roles are hybrid, based in Collierville, TN; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the campus and work on-site several times per week. Relocation assistance may be available.

About the role

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide audit solutions—including audit management, continuous risk assessment, and continuous auditing—using business software, hardware, web technologies, and scripting languages. Drive execution of new solution builds, support existing solutions, and promote best practices to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency using enterprise tools.
• Support and maintain existing audit solutions; administer as needed.
• Create and execute implementation plans, lead project teams, and maintain timelines and budgets.
• Drive process improvements, decision-support analysis, and performance/value-creation metrics.
• Mentor team members (Advisor role only).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology, or related field (Sr Analyst); related experience may offset degree requirements.
• Four years (Sr Analyst) or six years (Advisor) of experience in financial systems analysis, public accounting, audit, engineering, computer science, and/or information systems.
• Proficiency in audit solution platforms, enterprise business software, web technologies, and/or scripting languages.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally; frequent extended North American and international travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (administration, configuration, permissions, user lifecycle management, governance).
• Working knowledge of Okta or similar identity platforms (SSO, SCIM provisioning, role/group mapping, access troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP filters, security groups, distribution lists, and directory-based access logic.
• Experience building or supporting workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, Teams, and related M365 services.
• Understanding of endpoint deployment and support processes (PC/Mac provisioning, troubleshooting, hardware refreshes, user onboarding).
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system workflows, access models, automation requirements, and support processes.
• Strong documentation and process ownership skills; ability to create clear SOPs, job aids, and operational standards.
• Ability to partner with IT, Security, Identity, Enterprise Architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
