About the role

We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our growing Nonprofit industry practice in the Midwest, with locations in any of our CLA offices in Minnesota and Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
- Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
- Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
- Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
- Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
- Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Work with many great clients and develop effective client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
- 2 years of relevant audit experience required.
Pay
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $71,000.00 - $124,000.00.
The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $71,000.00 - $129,000.00.
