About the role

We seek a highly motivated Audit Senior Manager for our Insurance practice. Exceptional client relations skills are a must, and business development skills are a plus. Limited regional travel should be expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop audit and assurance (A&A) associates
• Manage insurance audit engagements with a focus on superior client service
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills
• Maintain uncompromising integrity and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred)
• Active CPA license and certification
• Proven experience with insurance audits
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $137,500–$198,000. Individual salaries are determined by role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
