Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements for diverse clients
- Review work performed by staff accountants
- Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures
- Identify accounting and audit issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate with clients regarding audit progress and findings
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies
- Build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of public accounting experience with emphasis on audit services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's a plus)
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Experience managing audit engagements and supervising staff
- Industry experience in manufacturing, nonprofit, construction, or healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Engagement and QuickBooks
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

$85K-$120K
