What You'll Do
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
- Review workpapers and ensure high-quality standards
- Assist in developing staff through guidance and on-the-job training
- Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships
- Identify improvements and contribute to a collaborative audit approach
- Work closely with leadership on engagement strategy and execution
What You Bring
- Public accounting audit experience required
- Knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting standards
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to confidently manage multiple engagements
- CPA or actively pursuing (Construction, nonprofit, government, or commercial audit experience is all welcome!)
