What You'll Be Doing

• Leading audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client portfolio
• Developing a deep understanding of client operations and industries
• Identifying process improvements and providing value-added recommendations
• Building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff members
• Collaborating closely with firm leadership on engagement execution and client strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to grow into future leadership responsibilities

Pay & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE
