Audit Principal Responsibilities
Lead final review and quality control of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm expectations.
Mentor, develop, and elevate audit staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Drive process improvements, technology adoption, and modernization of audit workflows.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, strengthening relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Partner with leadership on business development efforts and growth initiatives.
Play a key role in post-acquisition integration and the continued evolution of the audit practice.
Requirements
Active CPA license required.
5–8+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.
Experience with nonprofit, governmental, or HUD-related audit engagements.
Proven ability to manage complex engagements and provide technical review oversight.
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Qualifications

Pay
$130,000 - $160,000 + Equity
