Audit Manager/Senior Audit Manager (Up to $200k)

In This Role, You Will

• Manage audit engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other clients.
• Lead and develop audit staff by providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while building long-term relationships.
• Ensure engagements are completed efficiently and in compliance with professional standards.
• Work alongside firm leadership to improve processes, manage workflow, and support continued team growth.

Ideal Background

• Active CPA license
• 5-7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience
• Previous experience leading engagements as an Audit Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience managing remote teams and multiple engagements simultaneously
• Familiarity with audit software such as CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or comparable platforms
