About the Team
The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of market and business challenges clients face, with a dedication to audit quality. Audit & Assurance is one of the largest practices at Crowe. This opportunity is available for full-time or seasonal work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
- Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to team members at the end of engagements.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise.
- Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Stay current with the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
- Monitor industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive positions.
- Supervise engagement team members and instruct them on completing assigned tasks.
- Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
- Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and/or Fintech clients.
- Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues at all levels.
- Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion.
- Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license for that state.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,400.00 - $186,900.00 per year. The wage range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
