Responsibilities
- Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
- Execute the day-to-day audit activities of the engagement
- Request and analyze audit related data
- Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government audit and financial management requirements
- Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables
- Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
- Demonstrate professionalism and competence in a client environment
- Performing substantive audit testing of financial transactions
- Review and evaluate internal controls and related supporting documentation
- Contribute to the development of findings and recommendations
- Document the results of audit procedures performed in accordance with professional standards and firm quality control requirements
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university with a major in Accounting
- Minimum up to 1 years of Accounting and/or Auditing experience
- Must have an active interim Secret clearance to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
