About the Role

We are seeking licensed healthcare providers to conduct traveling evaluations in various specialties, including Audiology, General Medicine, Psychology, Psychiatry, Optometry, and Dental. Providers will perform evaluations in their own office or designated locations within specified travel radii.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations in your specialty (Audiology, General Medicine, Psychology, Psychiatry, Optometry, or Dental) at designated locations within the specified travel radius.
• Perform assessments in your own office or at provided facilities.
• Travel to various sites as needed, with reimbursement for travel expenses (where applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in your specialty (Audiology, General Medicine, Psychology, Psychiatry, Optometry, or Dental).
• Willingness to travel within the specified radius for evaluations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage travel logistics.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
