Audiologist | School Based

About the role

MIYO Health is seeking an Audiologist to provide in-person services to a small caseload of students across school districts in the Nevis, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (WHA), and Park Rapids, Minnesota areas. This is a very part-time opportunity, estimated at approximately 10 hours per month, making it a great fit for an Audiologist looking to supplement an existing schedule while supporting students in a school-based setting.

• Approximately 10 hours per month
• In-person services in Nevis, WHA, and Park Rapids
• Small student caseload
• Flexible scheduling based on student and district needs

Responsibilities

• Provide audiological services, consultation, and support for students with hearing needs
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed
• Complete required documentation and reports

Requirements

• Doctoral or master's degree in Audiology, as applicable
• Current Minnesota Audiologist license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
• Experience working with children and/or in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between the participating Minnesota school districts as needed
