Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist (Fort Myers, FL) SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with Starkey HearCare clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws
• Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Starkey HearCare sales protocol
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
• Oversee new and retention marketing efforts for office, in coordination with National Marketing staff

Requirements

• State licensure – in good standing
• Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH and Inspire OS
• Ability to organize and execute a plan
• Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Qualifications

• Experience in audiologist or hearing instrument specialist roles
• Knowledge of Starkey HearCare protocols
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in software systems

Pay

• Target rate for a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS): $65,000 - $75,000 annually
• Target rate for an Audiologist (AuD): $68,000 - $80,000 annually
• Monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan
